TARIFFS
ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE BASED ON BOOKING DIRECT WITH US.
IF BOOKING THROUGH "VISITSCOTLAND" PLEASE ADD 10% TO COVER THEIR COMMISSION.
Double or Twin Room, Bed & Breakfast - Based on two people sharing a room (Full occupancy), per night
1st April - 31st October £60.00 (£30 / person per room)
1st November - 10th December £55.00 (£27.50 / person per room)
11th December - 6th January Closed
7th January - 31st March £55.00 (£27.50 / person per room)
Double or Twin Room, Bed & Breakfast - Based on one person occupying a room (Single occupancy), per night
1st April - 31st October £45.00 / person per room
1st November - 10th December £40.00 / person per room
11th December - 6th January Closed
7th January - 31st March £40.00 / person per room
BOOKING & PAYMENT DETAILS A deposit equivalent to one nights stay is required for single room bookings of more than one night. Where both rooms are booked for more than one night by the same group/family, we ask for a deposit of eg. £60 (equivalent to one night`s stay in one room). For single night bookings, please send a 50% deposit, eg. £30 if a single room, £60 if both rooms. Figures quoted are based on full occupancy (two people per room) in high season. For single occupancy (one person per room)and low season requirements, please contact us.
These conditions may be waivered for last minute reservations, but please be aware that during the summer period, accommodation on Arran becomes extremely hard to find, if it`s not booked in advance.
Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking to secure the reservation. When sending cheques, please provide your address details so a receipt can be forwarded. The "Contacts" link on this website gives our address details.

For foreign visitors, please contact us first by email or phone to discuss any deposit requirements. We are flexible, and understand that bank charges can impinge on the cost of your holiday.
Balances are paid on the morning of departure from Brae Cottage, cash, or cheque (UK residents). Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
There is a ten day notice period to cancel (ie. up to ten days before your day of arrival), otherwise unfortunately the deposit is non returnable.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES We kindly ask that you arrive between 4pm and 6pm on your first day. There may be, on occasions, a slight change to this arrangement, but if this is the case, we shall notify you in advance.
We ask that rooms are vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
